耐火衬里及支撑结构设计的可靠性是保证高温反应器壳体温度小于设计温度的关键因素。针对耐火衬里结构失效导致反应器壳体温度超过设计温度的问题,提出了一种双金属焊接的密封锥结构。该结构具有支撑金属衬里的作用以及将耐火材料与金属衬里之间的膨胀空间分割成多个密闭空间以阻止高温气体的流动,进而提高隔热可靠性。采用ANSYS软件中APDL语言建立了密封锥连接结构的有限元模型,通过研究密封锥不同角度以及厚度对计算结果的影响,得出了密封锥的最佳结构参数,并满足ASME标准的应力强度评定要求。模拟结果可为此类高温反应器耐火衬里结构的设计提供参考依据。  相似文献

High-performance Kevlar fiber had extensively been explored to upgraded mechanical properties of the advanced composites. Therefore, this study aimed a challenging work to grow carbon nanofibers onto the Kevlar fiber to improve its fiber-matrix interaction properties. It was successfully done through inexpensive flame deposition as well as modification of matrix with hybrid resin using polyurethane-epoxy mixture. A hand-layup method had been adopted to manufacture the composite laminates. The chemical and surface structures of the prepared laminae were examined by scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and the composite's properties were evaluated tensile test, compact tension (CT) fracture test, fractography, and differential scanning calorimetry. The surface modified Kevlar laminae with CNF were used as reinforcing layer in the epoxy and PU/epoxy hybrid resin matrices. CNF-coated heated Kevlar reinforced laminated PU/epoxy hybrid composites (CNF-Kev/PU-Epoxy) showed highest elongation 47% and fracture toughness (11.7 MPa√m) along with good UTS 139 MPa. Therefore, these hybrid nanocomposites developed by simple inexpensive method would be the potential candidates for several advanced applications particularly in defense, automobile, aerospace, and spacecraft applications. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 针对三相整流负载产生的6k±1次谐波,提出静止坐标系下的改进型6k±1重复控制策略。同时将比例控制与改进型重复控制相结合,设计改进重复控制并联比例的复合控制结构。为减小改进重复控制中延时环节不为整数的影响,采用基于Lagrange插值近似的FIR滤波器逼近分数延时特性。最后对系统进行稳定性分析和详细设计方法进行推导。通过Matlab仿真验证改进重复控制策略能有效跟踪6k±1次谐波且具有良好的补偿效果,动态响应较快。  相似文献

Corundum abrasives with plate-like grains were fabricated by a two-step sintering technique using the solution-based process with the addition of the ternary compound additive Na3AlF6-CaO-SiO2. The two-step sintering method showed obvious advantages over conventional sintering methods in promoting sample densification, suppressing grain growth, and homogenizing the microstructure of the corundum abrasives. The sample doped with 2.5?wt% Na3AlF6 and 4?wt% CaO + SiO2 in the molar ratio of 1:1 possessed a relative density of 99.3%, average grain size of 0.54?µm, and single-particle compressive strength of 49?N. The introduction of seeds reduced the temperature of θ- to α-Al2O3 phase transformation. The relationship between the microstructure and the mechanical properties of the abrasives was also discussed.  相似文献

With the popularity of sensor-rich mobile devices, mobile crowdsensing (MCS) has emerged as an effective method for data collection and processing. However, MCS platform usually need workers’ precise locations for optimal task execution and collect sensing data from workers, which raises severe concerns of privacy leakage. Trying to preserve workers’ location and sensing data from the untrusted MCS platform, a differentially private data aggregation method based on worker partition and location obfuscation (DP-DAWL method) is proposed in the paper. DP-DAWL method firstly use an improved K-means algorithm to divide workers into groups and assign different privacy budget to the group according to group size (the number of workers). Then each worker’s location is obfuscated and his/her sensing data is perturbed by adding Laplace noise before uploading to the platform. In the stage of data aggregation, DP-DAWL method adopts an improved Kalman filter algorithm to filter out the added noise (including both added noise of sensing data and the system noise in the sensing process). Through using optimal estimation of noisy aggregated sensing data, the platform can finally gain better utility of aggregated data while preserving workers’ privacy. Extensive experiments on the synthetic datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

为提高飞机起落架载荷实测精度,以支柱式起落架结构为研究对象,探讨处理其载荷标定数据的工程方法。首先,对实际受载情况和单向加载工况标定数据的分析,挖掘出三向载荷、缓冲支柱压缩行程与应变码值间的数学关系,将预测的数学关系代入到多向工况的标定数据中,验证了它们的准确性;其次,根据两种标定数据回归方法,提出了对应使用的支柱式起落架载荷-应变标定方程的数学模型;最后,将两种标定方程代回到标定数据中,计算起落架三向载荷,所有反算载荷的误差均在可控范围内,表明标定方程满足精度要求。将标定方程代入实测数据中,实测曲线符合变化规律。该处理方法的应用能有力提高支柱式起落架的起飞-着陆载荷实测和载荷谱编制的准确度。  相似文献

A state of the art proteomic methodology using Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization-Time of Flight (MALDI TOF) has been employed to characterize peptides modulated in the date palm stem subsequent to infestation with red palm weevil (RPW). Our analyses revealed 32 differentially expressed peptides associated with RPW infestation in date palm stem. To identify RPW infestation associated peptides (I), artificially wounded plants (W) were used as additional control beside uninfested plants, a conventional control (C). A constant unique pattern of differential expression in infested (I), wounded (W) stem samples compared to control (C) was observed. The upregulated proteins showed relative fold intensity in order of I > W and downregulated spots trend as W > I, a quite interesting pattern. This study also reveals that artificially wounding of date palm stem affects almost the same proteins as infestation; however, relative intensity is quite lower than in infested samples both in up and downregulated spots. All 32 differentially expressed spots were subjected to MALDI-TOF analysis for their identification and we were able to match 21 proteins in the already existing databases. Relatively significant modulated expression pattern of a number of peptides in infested plants predicts the possibility of developing a quick and reliable molecular methodology for detecting plants infested with date palm.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to present a novel monotone upstream scheme for conservation law (MUSCL) on unstructured grids. The novel edge-based MUSCL scheme is devised to construct the required values at the midpoint of cell edges in a more straightforward and effective way compared to other conventional approaches, by making better use of the geometrical property of the triangular grids. The scheme is incorporated into a two-dimensional (2D) cell-centered Godunov-type finite volume model as proposed in Hou et al. (2013a,c) to solve the shallow water equations (SWEs). The MUSCL scheme renders the model to preserve the well-balanced property and achieve high accuracy and efficiency for shallow flow simulations over uneven terrains. Furthermore, the scheme is directly applicable to all triangular grids. Application to several numerical experiments verifies the efficiency and robustness of the current new MUSCL scheme.  相似文献

The tightly coupled INS/GPS integration introduces nonlinearity to the measurement equation of the Kalman filter due to the use of raw GPS pseudorange measurements. The extended Kalman filter (EKF) is a typical method to address the nonlinearity by linearizing the pseudorange measurements. However, the linearization may cause large modeling error or even degraded navigation solution. To solve this problem, this paper constructs a nonlinear measurement equation by including the second-order term in the Taylor series of the pseudorange measurements. Nevertheless, when using the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) to the INS/GPS integration for navigation estimation, it causes a great amount of redundant computation in the prediction process due to the linear feature of system state equation, especially for the case with system state vector in much higher dimension than measurement vector. To overcome this drawback in computational burden, this paper further develops a derivative UKF based on the constructed nonlinear measurement equation. The derivative UKF adopts the concise form of the original Kalman filter (KF) to the prediction process and employs the unscented transformation technique to the update process. Theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that the derivative UKF can achieve higher accuracy with a much smaller computational cost in comparison with the traditional UKF.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a generalized negative imaginary lemma based on a generalized negative imaginary system definition. Then, an algebraic Riccati equation method is given to determine if a system is negative imaginary. Also, a state feedback control procedure is presented that stabilizes an uncertain system and leads to the satisfaction of the negative imaginary property. The controller synthesis procedure is based on the proposed negative imaginary lemma. Using this procedure, the closed-loop system can be guaranteed to be robustly stable against any strict negative imaginary uncertainty, such as in the case of unmodeled spill-over dynamics in a lightly damped flexible structure. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the usefulness of the results.  相似文献
